Jamie Jacobs of the ApexNetwork Physical Therapy Belleville East, IL, clinic completed an online continuing education course titled Vestibular Disorders: Combining vestibular treatment techniques with manual therapy to stop dizziness and prevent falls. During this course, Jamie was educated/refreshed on causes of dizziness and educated on treatment options to provide this patient population. As an outpatient physical therapist, we often see patients who have complaints of dizziness and/or who are at risk of falls. Being educated on this topic will be beneficial to this patient population.
